“Pinot Still Peaking After All These Years” 2008 Talbott Pinot Noir, Kali Hart

“A muscle−y push−back in texture, and meaty flavor that reminds this palate of Burgundy, all assuaged with pure California−ripened cherry and mulberry flavor.” Mary Ross Illinois Daily Herald - Click here

"Clean and Balanced" 2008 Talbott Pinot Noir, Kali Hart

“Lighter in color than the other Pinot Noir from Talbott, this one expresses a garnet or burgundy hue in the glass. Earthiness dominates the palate, which is clean and balanced: Beginning with forest floor on the nose, and then cinnamon and nutmeg notes wrapped into juicy flavors of raspberries and black cherries.” Kristine Hansen SlashFood

"This Wine is a Beautiful Find" 2008 Talbott Pinot Noir, Kali Hart

“A California wine with Bugundian aromatics, the wine is medium-bodied, pure and has nice textures. It is a medium ruby color with a big, smokey, spicy nose and plenty of dark black cherry fruit. Pair with your bird of choice. Turkey maybe? This wine is a beautiful find.” Drew Stofflet Aspen Daily

“If you like big California Chardonnays, this one is good value. It's rich but not cloying, a toasty wine with notes of lemon, banana, apricot and earth.” Blake Gray Wine Review Online

88 Points 2008 Talbott Pinot Noir, Kali Hart

“This is the most impressive lineup of wines I have seen from Talbott in a number of years. Their less expensive second label is a noteworthy value. The 2008 Pinot Noir Kali Hart has a medium ruby color and a big, smoky, spicy nose with plenty of mulberry and black cherry fruit. Almost Burgundian in its aromatics, the wine is medium-bodied, pure, and nicely textured. This is a delicious, well-made Pinot Noir to drink over the next 2-4 years.” Robert Parker - Click here
