The top hand crafted Pinot Noir from our Sleepy Hollow Vineyard selected from only the finest 12 barrels of Pinot Noir. This special Pinot Noir is named in honor of Robb Talbott's eldest daughter, Sarah Case. This limited production, 300 case bottling, is hand picked from 30-40 year old Martini clone Pinot Noir grape vines grown on a prized section of our Sleepy Hollow Vineyard. 12 months aged in 100% new French Oak barrels. Full bodied with elegant notes of cherry, cedar, violet and delicate spice.

This is essentially a barrel select of their Sleepy Hollow pinot noir. This added even more fruit intensity, especially the strawberry and cherry cream, vanilla oak (not as evident in the Sleepy Hollow pinot), and the overall creaminess of this barrel select comes out now in force. This adds considerably to the balance overall.
