The 2018 Talbott Diamond T Chardonnay is made with grapes from the Diamond T Vineyard, which is famous for producing small yields of exquisite fruit with uncommon character and complexity. A bright bouquet of pineapple, mango and guava radiates from the glass. Layers of Bosc pear, Honeycrisp apple and tangerine meet delectable notes of butterscotch, vanilla and brioche dotted with hints of apple pie spices. A crisp, clean and persistent palate follows, holding intensity through to the finish. Diamond T Chardonnay seamlessly combines Old World acidity and structure with New World richness. Only 500 cases were made.

The 2019 Diamond T Pinot Noir is a luxurious wine crafted exclusively from the five acres of Pinot Noir in the Diamond T Vineyard, which is famous for producing low yields of pristine fruit. Our Pinot Noir shows deep ruby hues in the glass before opening to reveal aromas of crushed dark berries and ripe fruit. An abundance of silky, ripe tannins deliver a refreshing, mouthwatering palate with layers of ripe Bing cherry, raspberry and blackberries wrapped in ribbons of rich cinnamon, cardamon and vanilla. Only 460 cases were made.
