The 2018 Diamond T Pinot Noir is a luxurious wine crafted exclusively from the five acres of Pinot Noir in the Diamond T Vineyard, which is famous for producing low yields of pristine fruit. This Diamond T shows deep ruby hues in the glass before opening to reveal aromas of crushed dark berries and ripe fruits. An abundance of silky, ripe tannins delivers a refreshing, mouthwatering palate with layers of ripe Bing cherry, raspberry and blackberries wrapped in ribbons of rich cinnamon, cardamom and vanilla. With a big flavor presence and round mouthfeel, Winemaker David Coventry calls Diamond T “one for the record books…a delicious Pinot Noir.” Only 750 cases were made.

Our 2019 Fidelity Pinot Noir amplifies the complexity Talbott’s Sleepy Hollow Vineyard is famous for producing. Named after the Talbott family motto, Touts Jours Fidele, which means Always Faithful, Fidelity Pinot Noir is the pinnacle of our portfolio. A bouquet of plum, fresh fig, bergamot and tomato leaf carry through to the palate with notes of blackberry and blueberry. A silky mouthfeel reveals accents of delicate baking spices and berry compote weaving through the long, toasty finish.

Our 2018 Block 51 South Pinot Noir originates from classic Dijon clones 113 and 115 grown in our Sleepy Hollow Vineyard. Planted in a 5-acre parcel on top of a hill, the clones thrive in conditions that mirror their Burgundian origins and produce exceptional fruit. With New World ripeness of California and Old World acidity and tannins, our Pinot Noir is a true hybrid of both. Aromas of Bing cherry, blackberry and blueberry greet the nose, while ribbons of vanilla thread through to the finish. Block 51 South is a highly detailed, classically styled, elegant Pinot Noir. With only 6,600 bottles produced, Block 51 South is truly an exclusive, special wine.

The 2019 Talbott Diamond T Chardonnay is a beautifully bright wine with the layers of minerality Diamond T is famous for producing. Aromas of Bartlet pear and wet river rock lead to layers of Mandarin orange and creamy lemon curd with a touch of brioche. The mouthfeel reveals an intriguing salinity with hints of vanilla and butterscotch and a rich, impeccably balanced palate follows, delivering intensity through to the finish. Only 300 cases were made.

Sourced from the southernmost part of our Sleepy Hollow Vineyard, our Block 50 Chardonnay begins to beguile the senses immediately with aromatics that leap from the glass. Hailing from the top section of vineyard, this wine has a graceful aroma of white flowers, hints of brioche and Anjou pear. On the palate, a soft and opulent mouthfeel gives way to lively acidity with notes of lychee, Red Delicious apples and hints of vanilla. Block 50 is planted with many clones of Chardonnay—three of them have been blended together to bring dramatic layers to our Block 50 Chardonnay. We use our Mt. Eden clone for density and mouthfeel, Dijon clone 95 for fruit intensity, and just a dash of our Musque clone for intense aromatics and floral characters. Enjoy with scallops, sole and lighter fare, as well as your favorite soft cheese.

Our 2019 Sleepy Hollow Vineyard Block 48 South Pinot Noir is a highly focused wine made with a single clone from a single place – clone 113 from a small block of Sleepy Hollow. Classically styled, our Pinot Noir offers a multi-faceted complexity that Sleepy Hollow famously delivers. Jewel tones of ruby and garnet with a light halo show in the glass, while aromas of ripe red fruit, black tea and earthy spice greet the nose. Notes of Bing and black cherry meld with raspberry, underscored by warm, toasted oak and rich butterscotch. The mouthfeel is opulent and round, leading to a polished finish with a kiss of sweetness.

Our 2019 Kali Hart Chardonnay is a fruit-forward, refreshing expression of a cool-climate white wine from our legendary Sleepy Hollow Vineyard. The first pour releases inviting aromas of oak, butterscotch and brioche in the glass. A luscious mouthfeel reveals layers of Golden Delicious apple and sliced pear with tropical notes of Kaffir lime and pineapple. Hints of cinnamon, nutmeg and butter follow through to a creamy finish.

A symphony of clones 113, 115 and 667 come together to create spectacular balance and concentration in our 2018 Block 22 West Pinot Noir. These clones grow on 8-year-old vines located in an ideal parcel in the center of a slope in Sleepy Hollow Vineyards. Situated in the shadow of the Santa Lucia Mountains, Sleepy Hollow offers the vines a rare combination of protection from the elements and cool climate from the nearby Pacific. Like clockwork, marine breezes roll up to the vineyard around 1 pm, thickening the Pinot Noir skins and producing the deep, saturated color of the wine. Layers of wild blueberry and blackberry deliver an uncommonly rich, powerful mouthfeel straight through to the finish. With only 6,600 bottles produced, Block 22 West truly is an exclusive, special wine.

The 2020 Talbott Diamond T Chardonnay is a crisp, mineral-driven expression of coastal California. Our Chardonnay opens with aromas of sliced pineapple, lemon leaf and toasted brioche. Bright notes of pear and apple reveal intriguing layers of the cracked caramelized sugar and creamy custard of crème brûlée on the palate, leading to a decadent, buoyant finish. Only 300 cases were made.

Talbott Diamond T Chardonnay is made with a selection of the finest estate grapes from Diamond T Vineyard. Old world impeccable structure meets new world vibrancy in our Chardonnay. Toasty aromas of crème brûlée lead into notes of lush tropical fruit and Meyer lemon. A bright minerality reflective of the Diamond T Vineyard terroir stays on the palette in a lingering, creamy finish. Our well-balanced, cool climate Chardonnay puts a modern, refreshing twist on a classic. The 2017 vintage in Monterey County experienced significant rainfall. Summer heat quickened harvest, which finished in early fall. Diamond T Vineyard had slightly lower than average yields, producing exceptional quality Chardonnay fruit. Our traditional warm, breezy days and cool nights resulted in a long, even season for ripening. Overall, the vintage for this year was outstanding with concentrated flavors, ripe tannins and refreshing acidity.

The 2018 Sleepy Hollow Chardonnay is a bright, elegant expression of the acclaimed Sleepy Hollow Vineyards. Drawn from our favorite blocks, our Chardonnay is opulent with nimble details. Aromas of fresh-sliced Pink Lady apple lift from the glass, delivering hints of juicy pineapple and pear with caramelized brown sugar. Ripe notes of tropical fruit reveal excellent texture and mouthfeel. This wine finishes unctuous and decadent with excellent acidity that is nimble and refreshing on the palate.

Our 2019 Kali Hart Pinot Noir is a fruit-forward expression of our coastal-influenced vineyards in Santa Lucia Highlands, California. Aromas of dark plum and Bing cherry greet the nose with inviting notes of allspice and toasted vanilla. Silky tannins reveal layers of strawberry-rhubarb and blackberry with a hint of dried herbs. The finish is long and luscious with a touch of minerality.

Our Block 22 West Pinot Noir is a bright garnet, voluptuous wine with a detailed tannic structure characteristic of the cool marine climate of Sleepy Hollow Vineyard. Bouquets of rose petal, cherry blossom and dried jasmine radiate from the glass. A silky smooth, medium-bodied mouthfeel reveals mouthwatering notes of red and blackberry compote with notes of vanilla, clove and toast. A silky smooth, medium-bodied mouthfeel finishes long with an earthy touch of truffle. Although ready to enjoy now, laying this wine down for another one or two years in the bottle will yield an even smoother and complex experience. Drinking in six to eight years will prove a revelation as well.

Grown in our acclaimed Sleepy Hollow Vineyard, Talbott Vineyards Pinot Noir offers aromas of savory spice with notes of plum, blackberry and vanilla. Rich on the palate, our Pinot Noir offers a soft, mouth-filling texture with an underlying minerality, vibrant acidity and satiny finish.

Our 2021 Rosé of Pinot Noir is the very essence of summer, crafted from our coveted Sleepy Hollow Vineyard. Our Rosé is floral on the nose and pale pink in the glass. Juicy notes of sliced watermelon, strawberry and Bing cherry play on the palate with underlying hints of strawberry merengue. A hint of candied citrus threads through, giving it a nice, crisp finish.

Our 2019 Block 50 South Chardonnay is a captivating blend of three Chardonnay clones grown in the southernmost block of our acclaimed Sleepy Hollow Vineyard – Mt. Eden, Dijon, Musque and clone 76. Block 50 Chardonnay delivers an impression of sweetness, yet is a dry and full-bodied. Blooms of honeysuckle and jasmine with a touch of Mandarin orange greet the nose. Mouthwatering layers of red apple, Bosc pear and split melon integrate beautifully with well-integrated oak and notes of vanilla and cardamon. A voluptuous mouthfeel carries toasted vanilla and oak through a long, lingering finish.

Our inaugural Talbott Vineyards Sparkling Wine, a Brut NV, celebrates two classic sparkling varieties, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Streams of finely beaded bubbles dance across the palate, releasing aromas of freshly baked brioche, rich quince and warm roasted chestnut. A soft, luscious mouthfeel leads to layers of bright lemon curd and baked green apple underscored by notes of honey-drizzled persimmon. This wonderfully balanced Brut finishes with just a hint of richness and toffee.

Our 2021 Block 4 North Chardonnay pinpoints a single block of our famed Sleepy Hollow Vineyard. Our Chardonnay shows pale straw in the glass and radiates aromas poached pear and French apple tart. The mouthfeel is dry and intricately textured with juicy layers of sliced pear, dried jasmine and butterscotch. The finish is crisp, clean and luxuriously full.
