Our 2021 Sleepy Hollow Vineyard Block 22 West Pinot Noir highlights a single block of the acclaimed vineyard. Delicate aromas of cherry blossom and dried violet rise from the glass, leading to a silky but structured mouthfeel. Layers of blackberry compote and dark cherry meld with undercurrents of vanilla and clove, framing the fruit notes and adding complexity. The long finish is garnished with a peppery black tea note.
