Summer Shipping

To ensure your wine order is protected from the elements during summer months, we recommend selecting a method of delivery that includes icepacks. Orders without icepacks or express shipping methods may be delayed until temperatures are safer for shipping.

Orders shipping Ground with Icepacks for AZ, CA, NV, OR and WA will ship out Monday through Wednesday during summer months.

Orders shipping Ground with Icepacks to other available states will be transported using a temperature-controlled vehicle on the first leg of its journey to you. A notification with the new estimated delivery date will be sent once your package arrives at a local hub for final delivery. This is expected to take about one week. Icepacks will then be added once your package arrives at the local hub to ensure safe transportation to your door.

How Ice Pack Shipping Works

Ice packs keep your wine from getting above unsafe temperatures during this transit time. The ice packs melt as the wine travels to you. Wine does not arrive chilled.

Please note that a signature from someone 21 years of age or older will be required upon delivery. The carrier will attempt delivery up to three times if no one is present. Consecutive delivery attempts may reduce the effectiveness of the icepacks. If possible, we recommend shipping to a business address or location where someone is available to sign for package on the first delivery attempt.

Shipping Method Orders under $300 Orders $300 or more
FedEx Ground with Icepacks $55 ($25 for Club Members) $20
FedEx 2-Day with Icepacks $85 $85
FedEx Overnight with Icepacks $105 $105
