2023 Rosé of Pinot Noir
Its strawberry and watermelon notes make me think of sunshine. I love it with a burrata flatbread and arugula. Mouthwatering.


2022 Block 50 South Chardonnay
I love the balance of acidity, minerality and subtle notes of yellow apple and tropical fruit. It’s my go-to food wine when I want a white. It’s a great complement to the soft and briny flavor profile of crab.

2022 South Pinot Noir
The wine is unlike anything Talbott has ever done. It’s all red fruit and very light. With the carbonic and native yeast fermentation, it reminds me of a Beaujolais. It is so light you could even pair it with fish.
