2021 Fidelity Pinot Noir

Our Fidelity Pinot Noir pays homage to the Talbott family motto Touts Jours Fidele, which means "Always Faithful." Our Fidelity Pinot Noir captures the essence of a single Blocks 22 and 23 West of our legendary Sleepy Hollow Vineyard. Complexity shows on the nose with hints of bergamot and plum that build on the palate with layers of blackberry and wild blueberry compote. The mouthfeel is silky with undercurrents of warm spice and sweet black tea. The finish is long and lingering with a hint of pomegranate and fig at the end.
